One of the best decisions that June and I have made in a long time was to contact you in the middle of January this year. You and Sarah were absolutely great in the way you handled the sale of our condo. A person would have thought that our sale was a "big deal" because of the way you handled it. You are always there when we needed you and always had an offer pending or backed up.
